It is useful to have more than one signature available when you have several email persona's. For example, you may wish to use:

• An informal signature when sending internal mail
• A formal signature for mail to external recipients
• A different signature for each role you perform in your organization

While GroupWise provides signature capability, you are limited to a single signature per account. With Multiple Signatures you can create and choose from several signatures to suit each persona. You can choose between plain-text and rich HTML formats.

You can also define a default signature (plain text or HTML) to be automatically inserted when you run the solution.
